J&K Police Announces DYSP Transfer Orders
In a recent administrative move, the Jammu and Kashmir Police Headquarters, based in Jammu and Srinagar, has announced a series of transfer, posting, and adjustment orders affecting several Deputy Superintendents of Police (DYSSP).
The orders, issued under Order No: 268 of 2024 on 31-01-2024, are effective immediately.
Among the officers affected by these changes is Hariprasad K. K, IPS, who has been transferred from the position of Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) in Nowshera to Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in M.R. Gunj, assuming the role of SDPO Kothibagh.
Similarly, Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari has been moved from SDPO Kothibagh to SDPO Bakshi Nagar.
Meanwhile, officers Mohd Aslam and Chhabil Singh are currently awaiting further posting instructions. Ms. Mansha Beg has been reassigned to serve as SDPO Sopore, while Raies Ahmed Mir is now designated as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DYSP) in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Samba/Kathua.
These transfer and posting orders aim to streamline administrative functions within the Jammu and Kashmir Police Force, ensuring efficient operations and effective law enforcement across various regions of the state.
