JKSSB Announces Written Test Result for Assistant Scientific Officer (Documents)
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the result/score-sheet for the Written Examination conducted for the post of Assistant Scientific Officer (Documents), Home Department, UT Cadre.
The examination was held on 09.01.2024, as per Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2022, under Item No. 48.
Following the examination, objections were examined, and the revised/final answer key was notified on 05.02.2024. The result/score-sheet, based on the candidates’ performance in the Written Test, has been announced as Annexure “A”.
Candidates are reminded that inclusion in the result/score-sheet does not automatically guarantee a spot for document verification or selection. Additional eligibility criteria must be met, and the Board’s decision in this matter is deemed final.
Candidates falling within the consideration zone, based on merit, will be called for document verification by the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB). The schedule for document verification will be notified separately.
Reyaz Ahmad Malik, Controller of Examinations at JKSSB, issued this notification on 05.02.2024.
The announcement has been circulated to relevant authorities including the Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, and Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, Civil Secretariat Srinagar/Jammu.
Furthermore, the Director of Information & Public Relations, J&K Government, has been requested to publish the notification in at least three leading local newspapers of Jammu/Srinagar for three consecutive days.
This announcement marks a significant step in the recruitment process for the Assistant Scientific Officer (Documents) position within the Home Department of Jammu and Kashmir.
