Kashmir University Released Revised Date Sheet for BG 1st Semester Session 2024
The Kashmir University has announced a revised date sheet for the upcoming BG 1st Semester examinations, catering to both Regular/Fresh Private candidates of Batch-2023 and Backlog candidates of Batch-2022 under the NEP 2020 Session. Scheduled to commence in February 2024 across Jammu & Kashmir, this update brings important changes and instructions for all participating candidates.
According to the newly released schedule, the submission of practical/tutorials/skill paper awards is a crucial step, with the deadline set for March 10, 2024.
This aspect underscores the University’s commitment to maintaining the integrity and quality of assessments, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation process.
It’s essential for candidates to note that their appearance in the examination is provisional, contingent upon the determination of eligibility and the completion of the verification cum registration process by the Registration Section.
This provision emphasizes the importance of meeting all necessary criteria and procedural requirements before the examination commences.
Furthermore, candidates must adhere to strict guidelines regarding the presentation of valid identity cards and admit cards during the examination. These documents will be subject to verification by examination staff on each day of the examination, highlighting the University’s dedication to upholding the authenticity and fairness of the assessment process.
Any discrepancies in details such as photo, roll number, registration number, name, subjects, and centre number with the attendance sheet/QR code (printed on admit card) will render the admit card invalid.
This stipulation serves as a precautionary measure to ensure accuracy and consistency in candidate information, avoiding any potential complications during the examination.
In addition, candidates are reminded that centre changes are not permitted under any circumstances. To facilitate logistical arrangements and provide necessary information, a detailed Centre Notice will be issued on February 13, 2024. This notice will be made available on the University’s official website, www.kashmiruniversity.net & www.uok.edu.in, ensuring accessibility and transparency for all concerned parties.
Once the Centre Notice is issued, candidates can download their admit cards directly from the University website, streamlining the process and ensuring timely access to essential documents.
