Winter Vacations Announced for Govt Degree Colleges in Jammu and Kashmir for 2024-25

Srinagar, December 20, 2024: The Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Department has announced the schedule for Winter Vacations for all Government Degree Colleges across the Union Territory for the academic year 2024-25.According to Government Order No: 574-JK(HE) of 2024, dated December 20, 2024, the Winter Vacations for colleges in the Kashmir Division will be observed from December 27, 2024, to February 14, 2025.Similarly, colleges in the Jammu Division (falling under the Winter Zone) will also be on vacation during this period.For colleges in the Jammu Division that fall under the Summer Zone, the Winter Vacations are scheduled from January 1, 2025, to January 10, 2025.
