Customers can easily navigate through the process of resetting their UPI PIN using popular payment apps such as PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth transition to the new UPI PIN:

Step 1: Open the Payment App

Launch any of the preferred payment apps, whether it’s PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay, on your mobile device.

Step 2: Access Your J&K Bank Account

Navigate to the account section within the app, where you’ll find a list of linked bank accounts. Locate and select your J&K Bank account.

Step 3: Choose the ‘Reset PIN’ Option

Upon selecting your J&K Bank account, look for the ‘Reset PIN’ or ‘Change PIN’ option. Click on it to initiate the PIN reset process.

Step 4: Enter ATM Card Details

To proceed, you’ll be prompted to enter the 6th last digit of your ATM card along with its expiry date.

Step 5: Automatic OTP Retrieval

After entering the required ATM card details, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. The payment app will automatically fetch and verify the OTP, eliminating the need for manual input.
