In a significant move towards embracing digital advancements, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a circular informing all Heads of Government and Private affiliated High and Higher Secondary schools in the Jammu Division, including Leh, about the transition to online distribution of Registration Cards and Roll Number Slips/Admit cards for students.

Commencing with the Annual Regular 2024 examinations for Roll Number Slips/Admit Cards and the 2022-24 academic session for Registration Cards, students can now conveniently download these crucial documents from their respective school or institution’s online portal.

This directive, marked as No: F(RR-/Reg./Exams.)/2024/JD, is dated January 19, 2024, and has been issued by the Joint Secretary (Exam/Registration), JD.

The circular has been communicated to various stakeholders, including the Director Academics of J&K BOSE, the Accounts Officer for JD, and the Principals/Heads of all affiliated High/Higher Secondary Schools in Jammu Division.

Furthermore, the Information Officer for JD is tasked with the responsibility of disseminating this information by publishing the circular in leading daily newspapers.

Simultaneously, the Assistant Secretary from the IT Cell has been directed to upload the circular on the official JKBOSE website.
