JKBOSE Important Notification for Class 10th, 11th, and 12th Students
In a recent announcement, the Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has introduced an online application system for students who appeared in the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th), Higher Secondary Part-1st (Class 11th), and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Session Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2023 Examination.
This initiative allows candidates to obtain Photo Stat Copies of their Answer Scripts and opt for the Re-evaluation process.
Key Dates for Application:
- Opening of Online Forms Submission: 02-01-2024
- Last Date for Filling Forms for Photo Copy: 11-01-2024
- Uploading Schedule for Collecting Photo Copies: 13-01-2024
- Last Date for Filling Re-evaluation Forms: 16-01-2024
Guidelines for Candidates:
1. The application fee for Re-evaluation is Rs.495/- per Answer Script, and for a Photo Stat copy, it is Rs.255/- per Answer script. Candidates can conveniently make payments online using Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, etc.
2. Candidates are eligible for re-evaluation if they secured 20% or more marks in the respective subject/s, aligning with Chapter XVI section 16(i) of the standing regulations.
3. Notices regarding the collection of Photo Stat Copies will be systematically uploaded on the BOSE website. It is imperative for students to adhere strictly to the provided schedule for collection.
4. Regularly checking the JKBOSE website for updates on the schedule is strongly recommended.
5. Candidates encountering discrepancies, such as missing roll numbers in the last schedule, should report promptly.
6. Students with disqualifications or canceled exams/papers are not eligible for the Photo Stat Copy/Re-evaluation process.

Candidates with missing roll numbers should promptly report the issue along with the receipt proof via email to the respective division: issecrecy-jd@jkbose.co.in for Jammu Division and issecrecy-kd@jkbose.co.in for Kashmir Division.
