JKSSB: Document Verification Schedule Released by Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the schedule for document verification for the position of Stock Assistant in the Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department.

This announcement comes in reference to their earlier notification, No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/103/2023-03 (7368109) dated March 12, 2024.

Candidates who applied for multiple items/advertisements and found any missing item/advertisement against their name/roll number in Annexure A & B of the aforementioned notification were instructed to submit clubbing requests from March 13, 2024, to March 15, 2024, via email at jkssbclubbingrequest@gmail.com.

The received clubbing requests via email have been duly examined by the authorities. Consequently, candidates listed in Annexure “A” & “B” of the notification are slated for document verification. Each candidate is advised to note the dates, venue, and time mentioned against their name/roll number in the document.

The notification emphasizes that no further claims or requests will be entertained by JKSSB through any medium regarding this matter.

Signed by Reyaz Ahmad Malik, JKAS Controller of Examinations, J&K Services Selection Board, the notification is dated March 17, 2024, bearing the reference number: JKSSB-COE0EXAM (UT)/103/2023-03 (7368109).

Additionally, copies of the notification have been circulated to various stakeholders, including the Director of Information and Public Relations, J&K, Jammu, members of the J&K Services Selection Board, and relevant committees.

This announcement aims to ensure transparency and efficiency in the selection process for the Stock Assistant position, aligning with the board’s commitment to fair recruitment practices.
