In a recent update, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has concluded the written examination for the coveted Chemist post within the Finance Department.
This examination was initially advertised through Notification No. 04 of 2020 under Item No. 125. The significant event took place on December 24, 2023.
Following the completion of the examination, the JKSSB promptly issued a Provisional Answer Key, providing transparency to the candidates and facilitating the process of addressing concerns.
This provisional key was disseminated through Notice No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/99/2023-03 (7361997) on the very day of the examination. Candidates were invited to review the key and submit objections or representations on the prescribed proforma within the stipulated time frame.
However, despite the openness to feedback, no objections were received within the given period. Consequently, the JKSSB has taken the next step by finalizing the revised answer key for the Chemist post’s written examination that occurred on December 24, 2023.
It is crucial to note that the Final Answer Key aligns seamlessly with the previously issued Provisional Answer Key, as communicated in Notice No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/99/2023-03 (7361997).
The JKSSB, in a clear directive, emphasizes that no further claims or disputes regarding the answer key will be entertained through any communication medium. This solidifies the transparency and integrity of the examination process.
The announcement comes from Daltan, dated December 29, 2023, and bears the signature of Reyaz Ahmad Malik (JKAS), the Controller of Examinations at the J&K Services Selection Board. Candidates are urged to stay informed and abide by the guidelines provided by the board in this regard.
