This examination was held for the post of Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator (DMRRR), as advertised under Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2022, dated 27-01-2022, under Item No.s 001 to 017.

Document Verification and Preferences

Candidates listed in Annexure-A are hereby called to appear in person for Document Verification before the designated Document Verification Committees of the Board. This verification process is scheduled to take place from 11.10.2023 to 12.10.2023, running from 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Candidates should take note of the venues for this process:

  • Jammu Centre based candidates: Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Divisional Office, Sehkari Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu.
  • Kashmir Centre based Candidates: JKSSB, Central Office, ZamZam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar.

Candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various items, as per Annexure-B, to the document verification committees. It’s crucial to note that candidates who fail to indicate their preferences fully or partially will be deemed to have agreed to any allocation of Cadre(s)/Items made by the Board.

Required Documents for Verification

During the document verification process, candidates are required to produce the following original documents/certificates in original, along with two self-attested copies:

  1. Copy of Online Application Form(s).
  2. Two passport size recent color photographs.
  3. One original photo ID Proof (Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport, etc.).
  4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma / Marks card).
  5. Valid Category Certificate, if applicable.
  6. Domicile Certificate.
  7. 10+2 Marks Sheet / Diploma.
  8. Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  9. Bonafide certificate (format prescribed by the Board) duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Board/Institute for candidates who obtained qualifications from outside the UT of J&K.
  10. Other documents as per prescribed qualification mentioned in the Advertisement Notification.

Important Notes

  1. Candidates are advised to exercise caution when filling their order of preferences.
  2. While giving preferences for various items, candidates should consider the pay level, requisite qualifications, and experience required for the post. Once an item is allotted to a candidate in the final selection, no changes will be made even if a candidate is found not in possession of the requisite qualification/experience.
