JKSSB Releases Admit Cards for OMR-Based Exam

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is all set to conduct the OMR based Written Examination for the post of Field Inspector in the Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department. Here are the important details:

Candidates scheduled for the examination on the aforementioned date are advised to take note of the following:

1. Admit Card Availability: Admit Cards for the candidates with an examination date of 22nd October 2023 will be accessible on JKSSB’s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) from 17th October 2023.
2. Downloading Process: Candidates are required to download their Admit Cards from the website using their registered E-mail ID and Date of Birth. It is crucial to thoroughly read the instructions provided in the Admit Card.
3. Assistance: In case candidates encounter any issues while downloading their Admit Cards or face other related problems, they can reach out to the JKSSB Help-Desk at 0191-2461335 (Jammu) or 0194-2435089 (Srinagar). Alternatively, they can contact JKSSB at helpdesk.jkssb@gmail.com. The Help-Desk will be active from 17th October 2023 to 22nd October 2023 during office hours.
4. Eligibility and Impersonation: Candidates are reminded that misrepresentation, concealment of essential information, impersonation, or any fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of their candidature and potential disciplinary action.
5. Cancellation Rights: JKSSB retains the authority to cancel the candidature of any candidate at any stage if they are found to be ineligible.
6. Negative Marking: It’s important to note that there will be negative marking for wrong answers in this examination. Each wrong answer will result in a deduction of 1/4th of the allotted marks.
