Last Chance: JKSSB Issues Final Notice for Pending Certificate

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a Final Notice regarding the selection process for the post of Assistant Compiler in the Finance Department, Divisional Cadre, Kashmir. This notification pertains to Advertisement Notification No.03 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020, under Item No. 022.

Background

The JKSSB had previously notified the Final Selection List for this position and forwarded it to the Indenting Department through Office letter No.SSB/Secy/Sel/M/03/2021/6314-20, dated 23.09.2021. However, in the aforementioned Selection List, the recommendation for Anita Thusoo/Raina was kept withheld pending the production of a valid EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Category Certificate.

First Notice

In response to this, the JKSSB issued the First Notice, bearing No.SSB/Secy/Sel/2021/M/C/03/3192-93, dated 23.03.2022. This notice provided Ms. Thusoo/Raina with an opportunity to submit the necessary documents within a 10-day period. Unfortunately, despite the ample opportunity and the considerable time elapsed, Ms. Thusoo/Raina has not submitted the required EWS Category Certificate to the JKSSB.

Final Notice and Action Required

Therefore, through this Final Notice, Ms. Anita Thusoo/Raina is strongly advised to promptly submit the pending EWS Category Certificate to the J&K Services Selection Board (Central Office) located at CPO Chowk, Kacchi Chowni, Jammu. This action must be completed within 07 days from the date of issuance of this Notice.

Failure to comply with this directive will result in the cancellation of the withheld recommendation for the aforementioned post of Assistant Compiler. This cancellation will take effect immediately, abinitio.
