The directive, addressed to various authorities including the Director General of Police (DGP) Jammu, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Zone, and respective Senior Superintendents of Police (SSP) in Srinagar, Ganderbal, and Budgam, emphasizes the importance of these transfers for better policing outcomes.

The move is expected to bring a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the respective districts while fostering a culture of collaborative policing across different regions.
