Jammu and Kashmir State Open School Announces Revised Fee Structure for Class 10th and 12th Admissions
Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir – The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a pivotal notification concerning the revision of fees for students seeking admission in Classes 10th and 12th through the Jammu and Kashmir State Open School (JKSOS).
In alignment with the momentous decision reached during the Finance Committee meeting convened on May 19, 2023, as delineated in Resolution No: 13, a comprehensive fee structure has been meticulously devised and set forth as follows:
For Class 10th: Candidates enrolling in Class 10th will incur fees encompassing:
- Registration Fee
- Study Material Charges
- Contact Classes
The aggregate fee for Class 10th, encapsulating the aforementioned components, is now stipulated at an affordable Rs. 3500/-.
For Class 12th (Higher Secondary Part-II): Prospective Class 12th students will encounter a fee structure encompassing:
- Examination Fee
- Registration Fee
- Study Material Charges
- Contact Classes
The overall fee for Class 12th, inclusive of the aforementioned constituents, has been revised to a competitive Rs. 4,000/-.
It is imperative to underscore that the fees associated with ancillary services such as the issuance of Migration Certificates, Duplicate Marks Certificates, Qualification Certificates, Photocopies of Answer Scripts, and others will remain unaltered, adhering to the extant fee structure in place for students appearing in Class 10th and 12th through JKBOSE.
This pivotal notification is slated to take effect commencing the Annual Session of 2023-24 and will subsequently impact all prospective students of Jammu and Kashmir State Open School.
