In a recent development, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an order, numbered 01-B of 2024 and dated 03.01.2024, outlining measures to assist schools in the printing and distribution of attendance sheets, roll numbers, and RR cards.
The directive emphasizes that if schools encounter any challenges while downloading roll number slips (admit cards) for students participating in various BOSE examinations from their respective school portals, the ITSS Section of JK BOSE is authorized to print and furnish hard copies.
However, this is contingent on a formal request from the institution and subsequent approval from the competent authority.
The official order, dated 18-01-2024 (No. F(Admn-C/B/2023/7197518), underlines the need for efficient dissemination of this information.
Copies of the directive have been sent to key figures, including the Director Academics and all Joint Secretaries of BOSE, for their awareness.
Furthermore, Joint Secretary, Registration, JD, and KD have been tasked with notifying all stakeholders of this development.
The Deputy Secretary of ITSS, Exams JD/KD, and the Deputy Secretary of Administration KD/JD are also included in the distribution list to ensure that the order reaches all officers and officials at sub and branch offices.
