JKSSB Announces OMR-Based Exam for Accounts Assistant Posts in Jammu and Kashmir

The Divisional Commissioner’s office in Kashmir has received a communication from the Controller of Examination, Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), regarding the conduct of an OMR-based examination for the posts of Accounts Assistant in the Finance Department under the Union Territory (UT) cadre.

The examination is tentatively scheduled for the 28th of January 2024, with an impressive 1,05,476 candidates expected to participate in Kashmir Division.

District Deputy Commissioners in the Kashmir Division are requested to review and update the venue(s) and seating capacity information for the upcoming examination.

This data, initially shared for the OMR-based examination for the posts of Panchayat Secretary, is subject to revision as per the requirements for the Accounts Assistant examination.

Any changes should be promptly communicated to the Divisional Commissioner’s office through email at acckashmir@gmail.com within the next two days.

Additionally, the District level committee, established by the Divisional Commissioner’s office on the 21st of October 2023, will continue to be in force for the smooth conduct of the OMR-based examination for the Accounts Assistant posts. The committee’s persistence ensures a streamlined and efficient examination process.
